Encouraged by my friend Gilly and thanking the magic of DSL I am now making my very first post on my LJ.
Among a lot of things I'm on a slow moment of my life. Is like everything is actually going backwards: Is my second month of 24 hs free time, which I thought was a dream come true until I realized is quite easy for me now to recite the TV guide. I'm sure I deserve some action by now so I won't feel guilty of being flirty with one of the most forbidden men for me: J.M. He is cute and fun even if he fits Cassanova's profile...but as I said: I-Won't-Feel-Guilty!
He was online and I couldn't resist the temptation to say hi. We had a civilized chat for a couple of minutes but then he started to make this hot comments about how much he missed to have...uhm, you know...clandestine encounters with me. Gosh! How can you say that to a very needed woman???!!! How can I change that? I know! Having clandestine encounters with him... I guess time will tell.
So, today were the SAG awards and I can't resist to make a little review:
-Ok, Fellicity Huffman, S. Epatha Merkenson, Desperate Housewives, Lost...those were obvious but, how should I process Giamatti beating Gyllenhaal??!!!!!!
-I have to say I founded Dakota Fannig very impressive presenting the Life Achievement Award to Sherly Temple. How cute is she?
-Love Merkenson's speech: "There's nothing on my bra, there's nothing on my head, everything is in my heart". And when she thanked her divorce attorney?...to die for.
-Sean Hayes killed me with his Brokeback Mountain moment, LOL.
-Crash?? Well, it surprised me. I don't know what to say just that I really really REALLY wanted Brokeback Mountain to win. I guess I'll have to wait for the Oscars.
-Reese won!!!!!!.... but Joaquin didn't... *weeps*
-If two actresses wear the exactly same color on a red carpet event is no big deal -EXCEPT- if they both work on the same show...Marcia, Fellicity, you can discuss it next time.
-I am completely in love with Jake Gyllenhaal!!!!!!
I liked the show in general even if I know SAG can be a little routinist but I think this year was a bit more relaxed then boring.
Thinking about other things...I am SO desperate to have an appropriate 'girls talk'. I miss feeling Peyton-esque from time to time, specially when I have so many girl friends I don't see in years! (aka 'remember ANY Sunday (actually any day) fits me, Halliwell!!')
Gosh! I need a makeover!
